Piedra Playa, also known as El Aljibe de la Cueva, is located in the north of Fuerteventura and is a beach over a kilometre long, where sand and large rocks meet.

It is found in an untouched environment, very close to El Cotillo, and is popular among watersports lovers, like surfers and kitesurfers, as it is found in an open area where the wind blows strong and forms large waves.

It is quite isolated and can only be reached from El Cotillo via dirt tracks either on foot or by car.
